Paintless dent repair (PDR) is a technique
developed in the late 1980s. It is based on a few
basic concepts: No painting, no body filler, and
less time required. This is a less invasive
method than conventional repair and does NOT
disturb the car's factory finish.
Typically, the dent is accessed from the
backside of the panel with a specialized tool that
is gently pressed against the dent hundreds of
times in the precise location, this pushes the
dent back up to the original condition.
